My Acer in need 4420-5239 exstensa

Hello,
My laptop will not finish it's start-up; it shows the Acer (logo) on screen and go's half way to finish it's start and just stops like I said half way. You know the bar that has the line going across to show it's loading well that, it just stops half way. Please someone help O' and another thing it tells me to F2 set-up, but when I do that it just does nothing, stuck, it shows nothing, so hope you can help?

More info; every-so-often it will show a screen with things like cleared and shadowed and CP bunch of written stuff I have no clue to what I was reading and can't remember all that was there, and again it comes up every-so-often.

You need to search for recovery options for your Acer model, and/or how to order recovery disks from Acer.
