Hello i recently purchased a EVGA 750i MoBo(not the FTW edition).
I am useing an OCZ vindicatior CPU Heatsink with the stock fan pushing air in and a 80mm fan sucking air out, GREAT airflow though the fins, currently not in a case.
I pushed the FSB 266mhz to a staggering 428.8 x7 core mulipier which is equal to 3GHz(61%OC), i was wondering if this was a good CPU overclock, my CPU VID is 1.35v.

My general thought on if something is good or not, is along of this.

Is it stable?
Is it properly cooled, and not going to overheat under any conditions im going to throw at it (hot summer)?
Is the voltage and all the other factors within the manufacturer specifications, and if not am I aware of the risk?
Did I play with the voltage to get the OC I want with feeding it the minium voltage possible?
And am I satisfied with the OC?

The VID looks good form what I can see, so the question is really are you happy with the OC and can you provide adequate cooling for it. As for a good OC, it's probably a decent OC but you may or may not be able to get more out of it since it may hit a wall soon due to a low multiplier.

if its 100% stable as assasin32 said 3ghz for the E6320 is pretty good, expecially if u on stock cooler ur volts is only at 1.35 tho, im betting u can go higher if u want i run my Q6600 at 3.6ghz 1.43vlts

yea that's my main problem its plenty cool no higher then 64deg. under a full load for 20min the voltage is not raised at all, and it runs at 45-48deg. under regular system use no higher then 56 while gaming for hours...so yea im really happy with it i might OC it more once i get my case..i should have MUCH better airflow then.
