Flashing ASUS BIOS

I have a Asus maximus formula motherboard and tried to flash the BIOS. I downloaded the file. Saved it to a pen drive. I then opened the ASUS EZ flash 2 utility. It did not show my USB drive. It shows drives C,D and A. My USB is drive E. Does anyone know why?
