Hey guys I'm looking for some advice. I haven't been paying any attention to hardware for the past year so I'm a little lost on what parts to get. I want to upgrade my current PC with new hardware.

Here is what I already have and am not changing:
-Power Supply - ENERMAX Liberty 500W
-Case - I don't know what case it is but it doesn't matter.
-Sound Card - SB Live 5.1
-Hard Drive - Seagate 250GB SATA

Here is what I want to buy new parts for:
-Video Card - GeForce 9600GT 512MB (I'm not sure which manufacturer I'm guessing it doesn't matter?)
-Motherboard - I have no idea.
-RAM - 2GB (2x1GB)
-CPU - Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Dual Core Processor

So I only need 4 parts (I think, 500W is enough for this correct?). I am pretty set on the CPU and video card but I need advice on what motherboard and RAM to get. I will not be OC'ing or anything so I don't need $150+ RAM I'd like to get pretty cheap RAM that is still good. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

The cheapest SLI board I'd get is probably the ASUS P5N-E 650i. However, I don't know too much about SLI boards so take this with a grain of salt.

This is the best deal on DDR2 800 Cas4 ram right now - $28.99 AR:
Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)

Be aware that your PSU will be fine with just a new 9600GT but might not suffice if you decide to SLI in the future.

Great thanks. I changed my mind with the motherboard though I decided not to get a SLi MB because of price, power supply, and its unlikely I will get another video card anyway.

In that case, the Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L and the ABIT IP35-E are the budget boards of choice for a rig that doesn't need RAID, firewire, or multiple GPUs, with the latter having a financial advantage right now with a $30 rebate. :D

Oops. The ram is actually cheaper at clubit.com where it's $23.99 after rebate:

Hope you didn't already order the newegg one. :??:
