load temp of mid 4's -50's is great if u have no aftermarket cooler when u try to overclock ur temps will go through the roof eg my Q6600 gets to approx 58c under prime 95 with the best aftermarket cooler

I am using same motherboard P5QL Pro and Q9550 processor. I tried to use the settings above but it doesn't pass prime95. So I figure out some setting myself.

Motherboard : Asus P5QL Pro
CPU : Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550
CPU Cooling : OCZ VANQUISHER
RAM : Kingston HyperX DDR2 KHX6400D2LLK2/4G

Objective : 2.83 overclock to 3.4

BIOS Settings:
FSB Frequency - 400
PCIE Frequency - 100
FSB Strap To North Birdge - 400
Dram Frequency - DDR2-800
Dram Timing 5-5-5-15
CPU Voltage - 1.22500
FSB Termination Voltage - 1.4
Memory Voltage - 2.0
North Bridge Voltage - 1.4
South Bridge Voltage - Auto
PCIE Spread Spectrum - Disabled
CPU Ratio - 8.5
C1E Support - Disabled
Max CPUID - Disabled
Intel Speedstep - Disable

Prime95 pass 3 hours and still going. I am staying at Malaysia.. temperature is a bit high. CPU highest temperature 64
