Kingston Datatraveler 4GB

I Have a Kingstons 4GB USB stick and when I put it into a USB port the desktop says it has detected a new device, but when I open explorere, I can't find the device to transfer files to. Where is it at?

What OS? It should normally detect it and be visible in Explorer within 30 seconds.
