Sony TV display problem

HI everyone,

Hope someone can help here.

I have a 6 year old Sony widescreen TV, Model No KV28DX20U.
Just lately it's not showing a picture straight away, instead it takes
maybe 60 seconds or so for this to appear. During this time the display
is blank for the first 30 seconds, then takes on a green hue until it
fires up. It still has a faint green tint when the picture does appear.

During this time, the power light flashes for 5 seconds every minute or
so. I can't see anywhere in the manual what this might indicate.

Has anyone any ideas what it might be, and might it be fixable?
