More about suggestions build
  1. My choices:
PSU PC Power & Cooling 750 Silencer
CPU cooler Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme

    Consider:
    4 x 2 Gigs ram
maybe 1 or 2 Seagate 500 or 750 GB HD versus your 3 smaller ones

Raid 0 is faster with no back up
Raid 1 provides a back up but is no faster
If data protection is very important raid 1 may be worth it to you
  2. i'll go with that psu but the ram i'll stick with my choice cuz its cheaper as far as i know just as good for the cpu cooler i'm gonna go with the zalman 9700 and i may just go with 2 hdd's
