this is gonna be my new build and my first and i cant decide on a good cpu cooler or psu but these are my specs if anyone has any suggestions or thoughts let me know and could anyone explain raid to me all i know is that you backup your hdds with it so im kind of oblivious

Case Fans- (4)  APEVIA CF12SL-UBL 120mm Blue LED Case Fan  
 
Cpu cooler- ?
 
OS- Vista 64 bit

My choices:
PSU PC Power & Cooling 750 Silencer
CPU cooler Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme  
 
Consider:
4 x 2 Gigs ram
maybe 1 or 2 Seagate 500 or 750 GB HD versus your 3 smaller ones
 
Raid 0 is faster with no back up
Raid 1 provides a back up but is no faster
If data protection is very important raid 1 may be worth it to you

i'll go with that psu but the ram i'll stick with my choice cuz its cheaper as far as i know just as good for the cpu cooler i'm gonna go with the zalman 9700 and i may just go with 2 hdd's
