Overclocking Asus P5Q-Pro with E7200

ok hey guys i just made a new built (my first) and i was wondering if there was anyone out there that has a asus p5q-pro board that could tell me how to overclock on it. like what settings should i keep auto and which ones disabled.
like i know speed step should be disabled and LCC should be enabled, but can anyone be able to give specific information on what to do that could be doen by a noobie, and i mean a noobie (this is my first build and gonna be the first time i overclocked) thx!
