Overclocking MSI 8600 GT with MSI utility

Hi,

What kind of settings can you get away with on the MSI 8600 GT when increasing the GPU and Mem Clock using the MSI utilities, in this case something called the MSI Dual Core Centre.

I increased the GPU from 540 to 700 and the Mem from 800 to 900 and then run my graphics card test utility, my score increased from 121 to 149, but the list below indicates I should get much better.

The temp did rise to 80 degC when running the test, right now its stabilised at 60 degC.

So..

What settings should I be able to get away with?
What temp is too high?
