Windows 7 upgrade

Hello,

I have Windows Xp and want to upgrade to Windows 7 64bit. I have 700gb data on my D: partition. Will the upgrade affect this data access?

It won't affect the D: partition. Note that you'll install Windows 7 as you can't upgrade.
