You're not Crossfiring, so forget the Asus P5E. If you want to SLI in the future, you'll need an nVidia chipset. If you're sticking with a single GPU, go with a P35 chipset mobo. I like the Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L, but Abit and Asus have nice boards as well. With a single video card and a 45nm processor, you could safely get a lower wattage PSU like the Corsair 550VX and save yourself some money. Otherwise, your list looks fine to me.

No reason to get the 64-bit Vista when you're going with just 4gb of RAM, considering all the driver issues.

I'm using vista 64 bit with 4 gb of ram and haven't had one problem i think now days that 64 is the only way to go.
