Windows vita error message 1117 error i/o error what can i do

Hello,
i have an acer laptop i was having problems with slow loading and crashing it also failed to recognise my profile, i was then told to erestore which i did without success error message 1117 i/o error i tried to exit this programme but it just keeps jumping back to the erestore and i can not get windows to load does anyone know what i should do, is there any way i can download a recovery disc on another computer and transfer to laptop or anything else.

You have no Windows CD I assume. Your computer MFG's site will have recovery disks you can order. Other option is factory restore, but you will lose everything Except windows!!!
