i purchased your product at wal mart. i tried setting up wireless for my laptop. when i plugged in the power cord, it started to smoke. help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've always thought Belkin got an unfairly bad press from some users...seems I was wrong.

Your first stop is Wal-Mart for a replacement-- get any aggro from the local store, ring their head office customer relations department and ask why they are selling incendiary appliances.

Hmm, no more belkin. I had one of those as well, and it died after a few months....hmm....Of course I did it on top of the pc tower above the psu....oh well. The netgear I've got now seems to cope well.
