hi i have an pentium 4 processor 2.66ghz with an gigabyte 915gv mobo it has an pcie slot x4 bandwidth is it possible to install an 3450 hd card.please help

PCIe slots commonly have 16X speed, but I guess there are boards out there that just don't cut it.

If you have an open PCIe slot and are running XP or newer, it will work. It will NOT work with Windows 2000.
