Hope this is the correct forum area. Please move or let me now where to post if incorrect.

I am trying to figure out how to monitor in real time how many MB's I am downloading while streaming video from the Internet.

I have a Windows XP OS. I am using Cox Highspeed Cable Internet.

I am streaming 480p off of hulu.com. I am trying to figure out what minimums I need to focus on staying above if planning to lower my MB download amount via my ISP.

Try something like this http://www.softpedia.com/get/Netwo [...] itor.shtml there's plenty of programs out there to monitor network traffic, both free and commercial. Just do a search for network traffic monitor and take your pick of one of many.
