Static during playback from hd being accessed

never mind guys i had to download something called Intel application accelerator...my hd's were jumping from ultra dma to pio mode...i was getting ready to buy new speakers and interface...and yes i know my pc is a dinosaur but its still chuggin along...i have one in mind, just waiting for these damn newegg prices to drop but for the past 2 months its been a roller coaster ride with them...

i might just break this week or next and just spend the $1375...i doubt it though lol...
