I have a Dell Latitude E4300 that originally was installed with Vista Business OEMAct. I want to do a clean install but don't have the original installation disks. Can I use a Dell Vista Home Basic OEM (for another computer) and use the Vista Business product key from the sticker on the Latitude.

No. - Why not just Reset to Factory settings.
