With K-chips, you can set the RAM clock multiplier higher than what is officially supported.

Intel makes absolutely no guarantees that their chips will work at clock rates any higher than what it says on the sticker, anything beyond that is at your own risk. It may work for some people and may not work for you or vice-versa and may require different amounts of tweaking from CPU to CPU, from motherboard to motherboard, from DIMM production batch to batch, from one DIMM manufacturer to the other, etc. Since this is not an officially supported speed, there is an infinite number of things that can go wrong and prevent you from getting there.

That said, there is only 1-3% performance difference between 1066 and 2133 in real-world applications so faster memory is really not worth bothering with unless you have money burning holes through your pockets and want to waste it on something marginally useful for bragging rights.
