I would upgrade to Tuniq Tower and WD7500AAKS.

If you don't get NCIX's mailing list, add &promoid=1065 to all your URLs (like below), it might save you some money.
It expires today. It saves you $30 on the CPU for example. It won't apply to all your selections, of course. Or it will be almost useless (saves you $0.62 on that RAM).

http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=23670&vpn=996557&manufacture=MUSHKIN&promoid=1065

You could get this RAM, with better timings, for a few more bucks. The promoid is already included in this URL, it's worth $20.

Hmmm...my favorite heatsink is Zalman cnps 9500 or 9700.

Western Digital SE16 320GB SATA2 7200RPM 16MB 8.9MS Hard Drive OEM 3 Year MFR Warranty
I think in the moment the best HDD is Seagate 7200.11 500GB 32MB.

Mushkin EM PC2-6400 4GB 2X2GB DDR2-800 CL5-5-5-18 240PIN DIMM Dual Channel Memory Kit
Good enough. Why don't you try something like crucial or corsair.

ASUS P5K ATX LGA775 P35 DDR2 2PCI-E16 3PCI 1PCI-E1 SATA2 Sound GBLAN 1394 Motherboard
I would go for ASUS P5E X38 or Gigabyte GA-X38-DS5, if I were you.

Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Edition 32BIT DVD OEM
If you are planning to use 4GB, than you have to use 64bit OS. That is what I 've heard.

Antec Truepower Trio 650W Power Supply ATX12V V2.0 Active PFC SLI Certified 120MM Fan.
You can reduce this down to 450W but it depends on your choosen VGA-Cards.

Coolermaster Cosmos Full Tower ATX Case 5X5.25 6X3.5INT No PS Front USB Firewire Audio eSATA

Samsung SH-S203B Black SATA DVD+RW 20X8X16 DVD-RW 20X6X16 DL 18X/12X INT DVD Writer OEM W/ Vista SW
Lite-on or Plextor? Those two are nice.

Arctic Cooling MX-2 Thermal Compound Paste NON-ELECTRICAL Conductive 4 Gram
