I am currently running the following rig:
 
Chip : Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 (4MB L2 Cache, 2.40 GHz, 1066MHz FSB) @ 2.4Ghz
Mobo: Asus Striker Extreme
Ram: 2 x 1Gb Corsair 800Mhz
GPU: e-Vga Geforce 7950 GX2
HD: 1 x 500Gb Seagate
       1 x 320Gb Seagate
PSU: NeoPower 550 - EC High Efficiency 550W
 
Now my first question is will a 9800 GX2 run on my rig? Currently under full load my UPS reads max 250w load.
Second question what performance hit will i take due to the fact that my Mobo do not support PCI-e 2.0?
