There are USB transfer cables available, whether the virus has blocked USB function, or other functions remains to be seen.
Try holding down F8 while starting the laptop, are you able to start in safe mode with networking?
Then update antivirus and scan with your anti virus?
OR able to download, update, scan with MALWARE BYTES?
Hold down F8 while starting laptop...
Able to run last good known configuration?
Able to do repair, restore to an earlier date?
Last try: remove the drive from the laptop and install it as a second drive in a working computer, recover and backup your personal files first, then scan the drive.

Other option: does not always work: Obtain Norton 360, or Panda internet security install disk. Load the disk in the drive, start the computer. Better if internet functioning.
The disk can sometimes scan without starting windows, and update the antivirus files without starting windows. Depends on the virus and how badly the drive has been damaged.

Once you have recovered your personal files, as above, you could always reinstall the operating system from scratch, if the system cannot be repaired.

In any case, highly recommend Norton 360 or Panda Internet security to prevent future attacks. Free antivirus may not give you all the protection you needed.

without logoing in the laptop

You have NO access to the laptop if you don't log in. It's a built-in Windows Security thing, keeps people from trying to perform ANYTHING on your computer without authentication.

If you can't log on the laptop, you have no business tampering with it for better or worse.
