Thanks for checking this out for me. As of now I do not plan on overclocking, so do I need any sort of cooling system or will the case suffice? Also will a 750w power supply be enough for the hard drives and video cards?
I really appreciate all the help as I am a novice when it comes to hardware and computer building.

You can save some money if you go 780i with DDR2. 790i does only DDR3 at premium prices.
 
Stock cooling is fine for stock hardware.
 
Yep, the psu is plenty for the 2 GTS512's.
 
I take it it's a gaming pc.
