Very nice selection except for the cpu. Is it going to be overclocked? What's the use of the pc?

All parts are nice, but I wouldn't spend $230 for a mobo that you only have 1 GPU for. For that setup you could even drop down to the Corsair 450w or 550w PSU and save about $100 or more from the one you selected. You can then use that extra $ for whatever you like, maybe even save it for a GPU upgrade in 6-12 months from now.

Edit: I was also wondering what you were going to use this computer for too.

mostly gaming, think id rather stay with x38 though for future proofing and also i found a deal on buy.com where i got the 620hx modular psu for 110$

Go for it then. I don't think the x38 is future proofing it, but if it has what you want than just get it. Nice deal on th 620hx so get it before it goes back up!
