Hey all,
I want to get a 780i or 790i motherboard to run dual 8800 GTs in SLI mode, but looking at the reviews at newegg.com for these boards, it seems that if your running SLI then you lose all your expansion PCI slots. I need ONE open PCI slot for my Sound Blaster Fatal!ty X-Fi card. So does anyone own a 780i or 790i board and is also able to use their PCI slots? Please respond with board model. Thanks.

8800GT's are a single slot design (most of them, using the reference cooler anyhow) so any pci slow will be available, but preference is to not mount a card close to the vga for cooling sake, so look at the boards pics and see if theres a pci two slots down from the pcie's etc.

P.S dont touch MSI products
