How setup SATA bios

I have 2TB SATA HDD for storage purpose and one SATA HDD for my OS, how can i setup my bios to be able to boot to my OS?

Once in your BIOS setup program, there may be an entry for Hard drive boot priority, choose the drive you want to boot first.

Actually, you have to have the computer "look" to the HDD with the OS first. You do this by plugging its SATA cable into the "0" SATA terminal on the motherboard. Then, any other HDD's can be plugged into any later terminal, such as "1", "2", etc; that is, a terminal with an higher number designation than any OS HDD.
