My system has been randomly hanging when using the AUTO settings in the bios , while having SLI ready memory set to "expert". the gskill website does not have settings for that particular mobo, so what specific settings should I be using to avoid such hang ups? Running it in sync mode (667 MHz) does not make the system hang, but I really want to make full use of my RAM.

If this is the memory you have it's not SLI ready http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6820231166 It shows you what chipset it favors in the spec's, and it looks pretty fast stock to me.

thats the memory i have, but pc wizard tells me it is sli ready, and in fact, when i set sli ready to disabled in the bios, the system hangs everytime even when putting in the settings for voltage to 2.03 V.

Ive set it to 2.05V now, but maybe i should just copy and paste whatever pc wizards says about the EPP profile #1:

EPP Profile #1 : Full Performance
Voltage Level : 2.1V
Address Command Rate : 2T
Cycle Time : 1.875ns @533.33 MHz
CAS Latency (tCL) : 5 clocks
RAS to CAS (tRCD) : 5 clocks
RAS Precharge (tRP) : 5 clocks
Cycle Time (tRAS) : 15 clocks
tRC : 48 clocks
tWR : 13 clocks

and use those as bios settings.

maybe then i wont get any more random hangs.
