Hey guys, just looking for opinions.  I have an Evga 8800gt superclocked atm and have 40 days left on my step up program.  My qiestion is would you guys step up to the 9800gtx?  The extra 100$ worth it?  Is there anything coming out in the next 30 days that might be better waiting for.  

I don't think its worth a $100. I'd rather save that for a second 8800GT.

Well there wont be any new cards untill july at least so your step up will run out before they come out, but i would not spend that much because you have a good card now. I did the step up but it only cost me 7.34 for shipping only cause i paid 349.99 for the 8800gts 512 when they came out so even know i wont see much difference for 7 bucks why not but not 100.

Quick answer: No

No. If it is single card the 50% price boost of the 8800gts 512 is not worth the 10% performance boost.
 
If you are going triple SLI 3x8800GTX will still win as memory is the big bottleneck.
