hmmm im planning to buy a GIGABYTE GA-945GCM-S2C from http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813128076
im wondering is this good for core 2 duo e4600? and good bios for OC? and tell me what pro and con. Q: if i install any Motherb do i need to buy a new os? i don't have a copy of 1....

It seems like you have a lot to study. Otherwise, you will end up having more problems. First of all, you should aim for p 35 chipset motherboard. I like GA
p35 ds3L. Second, you will need a copy of OS.

Again, do research before you start your DIY project. Otherwise, you will be wasting your time , money and possiblly passion.

ga p35 ds3l cant fit my case, i know how to plug wires and install cpu,fan,gfx,slots,wires,cd,hardrive,etc but i dont know like motherb that right for me

Look for micro ATX based on p35 chipset.
