ASUS P5KR iP35 Any good?

Hi,
trying to figure out what mobo to get, some1 reccomended the gigabyte DS3R to me, but was just wondering if the ASUS P5KR iP35 is any good as its in the same price range.
I will be running an 8800gtx, e6400 cpu, 2gig ram, 64bit vista premium.

i had both i liked the gigabyte one better.... easyier to overclock
