Lines across screen

I've had a problem with reoccurring lines half way/bottom of the screen. The lines are quite clear in appearance and seem to happen when i move the mouse around. I'm currently getting them on Oblivion mostly, but have had one or two in Crysis.

I dont think its my graphics card because my old one used to get them a bit, too. Perhaps its just my screen dying

Any suggestions?

its more likely that your screen have some problem.check the connection and clean them if they are dirty.

More than likely the monitor if you say you've swapped video cards already.

Just delaying the inevitable. Saves money though

It only happens when i focus on tent in combe and bree ( LOTRO )
It could just be the game right?
