Not a good idea to put your email in a public forum, lots of spambots scrape emails off such things, and the posters on here would not email files around, maybe link to a download for them at most.

This file should be on the Office CD, and may also be found on the full SP3 download. If you search Microsoft's site about it, you should find what you need.
