Hello,
Can't enter in OS; after short time (2-3 seconds) when pc boot, a green screen it's appear. The message on the green screen says that I must give to someone 4 euro for deblocking of computer.

Open the computer tower. Locate the battery on the motherboard (looks like a quarter) and remove it for 10 - 15 seconds. Re - insert the battery and try booting the system again.

If this allows windows to start, run a scan with your security software.
