Sorry to post again but the motherboard says "DDR2-800, DDR2-667, DDR2-533 (Supports up to 1200MHz SLI Ready Memory)" under specs but I saw on a forum someone had their build with this board using Reaper HPC 2GB PC-8500 DDR2-1066. Will that work?

Yes. By default, the ram will run at half the speed of the cpu fsb. In your case, it'll be 666mhz.

You can set up ram in bios to specs. Give it a bit more voltage.

What's the build for? Will it be SLI'ed? Any overclocking the cpu?

What brand power supply is that?

The PSU he picked was a Corsair 750TX. You should either get it cheaper for $114 after rebate from buy.com, or if you were willing to spend that much money to begin with just upgrade to the better quality PC Power & Cooling for $149 from newegg.

That's not a cooling system. That's a psu.
