How to install xp on sony vaio VPCEB14EN

i am unable to install lots of softwares on windows 7 can anybody help me out of this hell situation?

Look on the Microsoft website, download and install "XP mode".
This allows using many XP apps in windows 7.

If that does not work, you need the XP installation disk. Put the disk in the CD drive, start the computer and hold down F8, select: "boot from CD"

OR just put the disk in the drive and start the computer.

All the directions will be displayed on the screen, as it installs.
