From what I've read, VWiFi is already on Windows 7 RC1. Basically, it lets your PC pretend that it has two NICs. The most obvious application is logging on to a WiFi service with one virtual NIC, then sharing that connection with other people through the second WiFi. The only thing keeping this from working now is apparently the lack of driver support.
