Cleaned dust bunnys now won't boot

I claened the dust from the board vaccumed and dry toweled the interior of case,removed the board,cleaned reinstalled double triple and quad checked all connections. when power up the fan comes on and runs continuously but will not boot. no beeps and cannot here processor doing anything.fan only

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

I so hope you aren't talking about a laptop. Sounds to me like at least of the RAM (memory) sticks isn't properly seated in the motherboard slots. The lack of beeps might simply indicate a missing system speaker - I've see many PCs without one.
