Display flicker-going off and comming back

hello, I have dell precision T7500 with nvidia quadro nvs 295 (hdmi to dvi) connected to lcd monitor with windows xp OS. every time screen goes off and come back after login

ok, lets see if i understand this, you login, the screen goes dark (turns off) for a moment, and then comes back on right after you click the login button?
