I was just worried about the 320mb...I was looking for more but it seems like a good deal.
You'll be fine......that amount of memory will only struggle at high resolutions at the moment. In a years time it may be different but if necessary you can always upgrade.
No, IMO it is not worth it, or not a great deal. 640MB sure, but 320MB no. You can buy a brand new one for $115, or a 9600GT for $110 or 8800GS for $100-110.

Well that's me slapped down! Thanks for the heads up Pauldh.
I only said that it's a good deal because I'm comparing that price to it's UK equivalent.
The few places I can find that still sell old G80 GTS's are selling them upwards of £160 ($320)
We can get the 8800GS (the nearest modern equivalent) for about £85 ($170). 9600GT's cost about £115.
Really, you guys in the US don't know how lucky you are to be able to get top GFx cards so cheap.
XFX is a good brand, though there are a lot of "good" models of XFX cards, and then crap models... like ones with low quality fans especially, that constantly spin at 100% even if you are surfing the web. The variable speed models are generally more expensive, but it's worth it.
Regardless I would definately grab it.

For $100 and not having to deal with rebates and what not.
Only bad thing is the warranty...guess I don't get one.
XFX has the option of passing on warranty to a 2nd buyer...........but only if the original purchaser has registered his card on the XFX website. If he hasn't then no, you don't.
