I just picked one up. If you are interested in this chip you'd better act quickly. I think the guy said he only had 10 in stock (9 now after I bought mine) at the store in my area.  
 
This is at least $40 less than other retailers I've come across who actually have this product in stock.

The Q9450 is enough power to last a long long long time.  Its almost rediculous.
