Hello,
i buy this usb modem(usb modem and software) from a network provider company but now i want to use another network provider
how can i use it cos it don't have software

If the modem is not specifically (which it doesnt seem so) designed for any single company, then the software (unless its published by your network provider instead of the modem manufacturer) should work with any company. Talk with the new network provider, they should be willing to sit down and figure something out with a potentially new customer.

You can get a generic driver from Hauwei's web site, but be aware that the modem might have been locked to the original service provider (depending on provider and region); if so you will have to get it unlocked first.
