free reset for Dell Inspiron 1525 Laptop Computer

When I start my inspiring 1525 laptop it won't respond to key shotcuts it boots to a screen that says dell inc. This computer system ,GMPWPF1-595B IS PROTECTED BY A PASSWORD WITH, SYSTEM,PLEASE TYPE IN SYSTEM ADMIN PASSWORD THEN PRESS ENTER


IF THIS IS THE BIOS PASSWORD ,HOW DO I BYPASS IT/RESET IT /GET PASSED THISBOBSTICLE
