i read it and it says that 9500gt is better than 8600gt.
it has 32 stream processors, 128bit memory, g96 chip, 8 ROPs
they tested both of those gpus, and 8600gt got 5012, 9600gt got 5853,
in korea, price will be between, 97$ - 110$

if anybody finds the article in english, please post

Im betting its the drivers. nVidia hasnt released any hew drivers for months for the 8 series, while the 9 series just got new ones
