The GPU is great. I prefer the E6750 to the quad. But do get the Seagate 500GB 32mb cache HD instead of the one u posted.

I'm not too sure about that PSU.

You should be able to overclock a decent amount with that motherboard. The only thing I have read about that mobo, is that real power hungry processors don't OC very high on this board, but since you aren't looking at extreme performance and OCing, that is a good choice for a mid to lower budget system. Nice deal on the video card. The cooler is better than the stock one for the q6600, but I might suggest looking spending a little more for the heat sync and going for the thermalright ultra 120 http://www.ncixus.com/products/23531/ULTRA-120-EXTREME/THERMALRIGHT/
and a quite 120mm fan of some kind. It would benefit you a good deal especially since your processor is a quad core. You might have to check your case dimensions for that heat sync though, because it is somewhat large. The other heat sync that you might look at is the Coolermaster Hyper TX 2, and I know that one will fit your case and motherboard. The TX 2 is probably the better of the two heat syncs for you. Anyways, good looking build for the price.
Cheers
