Best Mobo for this RAM?

Hey guys. Well basically I am a first time builder here and was sent a motherboard from newegg that was DOA. Anyway, i sent it back for a refund and am planning on buying a new motherboard.

Does anyone here use this RAM http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227269 with an E8400 Dual core chip?

What board do you use and which would you suggest?

Was thinking of going with the GA-EP35-DS3L, your thoughts?

Also looking to keep it at the 150$ and under range, Thanks guys!

Problem is, that was the motherboard I had to send back because it was DOA. Also some of those motherboards apparantly dont post because they are incompatible with the E8400, apparantly the new ones do, so any more suggestions guys?
