i need a psu for my new build. im going to overclock a little and use a aftermarket. which one of these would work?
CORSAIR CMPSU-450VX ATX12V V2.2 450W Power Supply
or
Rosewill RP550-2 ATX12V v2.01 550W Power Supply

cpu cooler: ZALMAN 9500A 92mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler
which one?
if you have a good one thats around $50-60$ tell me whats it called.

im using a 430watt psu with an e6550 @ 3ghz and an 8800gt and its handling fine, so i think either psu will do.

I think that Corsair psu will be good for you, but I would provably go with the 550w version.

For cooling I would recommend the Enzotech Extreme X Cooler, if you can find it.

Some pictures of the one I'll be installing on a friend's pc soon.

Evil: Thats one nice looking cooler.

OP: dont get the rosewill they are junk of a PSU, Corsair on the other hand is solid no problems there. For cooler at around that price id go with an Arctic Freezer Pro7

I agree with chookman, Rosewill=BAD. Corsair, PC P&C, Thermaltake are good brands.

Something like this would work and it's $50 after rebate.
