Good card yes, it comes with factory overclocked GPU to 670MHz so 5MHz lower than the new 9800GTX. The GTX has 2200MHz memory vs 1940 for the GTS, but I heard some EVGA GTS cards had the same Samsung memory used in GTX so they can be overclocked to ~2100MHz without too much touble. Even without overclocking, this is a great card.
