Limited access to administrator account

Hello,
I formatted my cpu and every time I boot it I normally get a message that i can't be logged on. pliz help

What exactly do you mean when you say you "formatted my cpu"? Did you format your hard disk (you can't format a processor) and reinstall Windows?
