What the 130W means is it will be able to have a max load of 130W on both those 2 rails combined. What's the rest of the build? (CPU, GPU,etc).

That PSU won't cut it. You need at least a 550W.

The 12 volt rails (yellow wires) do all the heavy lifting. They power the CPU, video card, drive motors, and fans. 5 volts (red wires) powers the digital logic on the motherboard and drives. 3.3 volts (orange wires) powers the memory and part of native SATA drives.

Now, this time, I disagree (mildly) with Shadow. I think your 500 w PSU is adequate. It won't leave you much headroom, but I think it will work. For your setup, I would use a 650 watt PSU. But that's my military electronics background. I prefer to operate power supplies conservatively (50 - 70% load).

Recently, I became curious about how much and where the power was going. I had an EP35-DS3P motherboard, Q6600 OC'd to 3.3 GHz, 640 MB 8800GTS, 2GB ram, and an optical and 320 GB SATA drive breadboarded on my worktable.

Using an AEMC Model MD400 clampon AC/DC ammeter borrowed from work, I measusured the following (all amps rounded upward):

12 volt CPU plug (all 4 cores loaded by Prime95): 9 amps - 110 watts
12 volt GPU plug (while running 3DMark05) : 7 amps - 84 watts
12 volt motherboard lines (this was a surprise): - 2 amps - 24 watts
12 volt for the 2 drives, mostly the DVD/RW: 3 amps - 36 watts

5 volts for motherboard : 3 amps - 15 watts
5 volts for drives: 2 amps - 10 watts

3.3 volts (2 GB ram) - 4 amps - 13 watts.
3.3 volts for drives - ?? - 10 watts

That's 21 amps at 12 volts.

A 9800GTX needs about 9 amps. Let's go wild and assume that your motherboard is a real powerhog and it will eat 4 amps, your drives need 5 amps, and your fans need 4 amps.

That's 28 amps ( 336 watts) and another 50 or 60 watts for the 3.3 and 5 volt rails. That's less than 400 watts. Antecs are rated for full power at 50 C. so it's not like you will need to derate for temperature like a cheaper PSU.

Your first sign of inadequate 12 volt power will likely be random reset/reboots under heavy CPU or graphics loads.

The above system, along with 2 more 500 GB drives (2 a @ 5 and 12 volts), is now in an Antec 900 case (fans set to medium - 1 amp) and powered by a 650 w TP3 (12 volts @ 52 amps max ).

that Antec PSU is more than enough, don't listen to Shadow.

True 500W is enough providing it is top quality. Imo, Antec would work but if upgrading to more HDDs, better GPU you will need a better PSU.
