I want to try to under stand the Intel processor chain of power, is there a list somewhere that shows the power progression?

There's core 2, dual core, T this and E that.......... totally confusing.

It's not so much power progression as it's features, L2 Cache and cores. Those listed as Dual Core are Core 2 Duo with 800Mhz FSB and 1Mb L2 Cache. "E" CPU's are dual core and "Q" CPU's are quad core, the "X" and "QX" are dual and quad extreme CPU's with unlocked multipliers and "T" are mobile processors used in notebooks.

I'm looking for a page that lists the processor model names in a row;

example;
P4
P4 zeon
x
T
Y
Z

a progression list from "say" low to high.... it doesn't matter.

Do you see what I mean ??
